AnnaLynne McCord went to work on Tuesday with her fellow female castmates of 90210, and she evidently hasn't skipped a beat in maintaining her bikini body this summer.

The 25-year-old actress opened up to Self last spring to dish on her non-traditional exercise regimen she used to keep her long and lean figure.

"I'm not the treadmill girl--I like to do things that are outdoorsy," she told the magazine, adding that kayaking is her favorite workout for her core and upper body. "And I just started doing Taekwando, where I work with a grand master, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu."

Although her bikini body may appear perfect, McCord knows the importance of embracing her flaws too. In May, she tweeted a photo of herself without makeup, blemishes and all.

This past weekend, Audrina Patridge traded the Beverly Hills sun for a wild East Coast "Liquid Sundays" pool party where she made sure to show off her killer assets in a sexy two-piece.

"I don't even think twice about wearing a swimsuit because it's always been a part of my lifestyle," she told Shape magazine last year, "but I have girlfriends who are so afraid to show their bodies. At the Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, Calif. on Sunday, Jordin Sparks radiated confidence and beauty in a Chagoury Couture halter mini that showed off her toned shoulders and legs on the pink carpet.

Since appearing on the cover of August's Shape magazine to flaunt her 50-pound weight loss, Sparks dished to Us Weekly about the question on everyone's minds: what regimen is behind her slimdown?

"There is no secret," the 22-year-old Sparkle actress told Us at the event. "It's just eating better and working out! It's definitely a daily thing."

Among her favorite ways to get her sweat on: high-energy dance classes like Zumba. "My mom's best friend is a Zumba instructor and I loved it," she gushed. "I started with walking then went to jogging and then Zumba. I started [working with a trainer] and we did 30 minutes of circuit training so I didn't feel like I needed to be in the gym for two hours."

In addition to intense cardio sculpting sessions, Sparks, who had been dating fellow singer Jason Derulo since last August, had to makeover her diet as well. "I stop now when I'm full," she admitted. "I love food and I love to eat. My thing was, do I really need seconds or do I want it just because it tastes good?"

But leftovers and second helpings have proven to pay off for the season 6 American Idol champ, who admits that she got extremely emotional when shooting her first bikini cover.

"I could only dream having a cover and looking like that," she said. "I thought, 'I did it!' I had to walk back to my dressing room and I had to pull myself together because I was overwhelmed. I cried. I shed a little tear but I'm really happy with how it turned out."

Ten athletes will be repping the USA this summer on the mats, the balance beam the uneven bars, and several more gymnast-related obstacles. Given the past success of the U.S. Olympic Women's Team (does 1996's Magnificent Seven ring a bell?), Us Weekly has pulled together the need-to-know tidbits on these incredibly muscular, super energetic athletes.

1. Gymnastics is only their day job…for now. Both McKayla Maroney, 16, and John Orozco, 19, hope to make it big in the entertainment industry once they hang up their leotards. While Maroney has hopes for the big screen ("I want to be a TV and movie actress! she shares), Orozco's talents lie in music. "I love to sing," he tells Us.

Us Weekly's Olympics Special Issue: Amazing Comebacks, Rookies to Watch and More

July 27 marks the kickoff of the 2012 London Olympics, but Team USA's athletes have been prepping for years. Whether it's a comeback that has been warranted since 2008's Beijing Games or a rookie getting his or her first chance, it's no secret that this year's Summer Olympics are going to be action packed.

Take for example swimmer Ryan Lochte, who has been on eight-time gold medalist Michael Phelps' tail for years. But don't expect Lochte, 27, to be taking the back seat this time around. "I think overall, I'm just a lot older, smarter, and a better athlete than I was going into Beijing," the 6-foot-2 athlete, who swam four events at the Games and took home two gold (one earned as a group) and two bronze in China, tells Us Weekly. "I changed my diet and I started doing heavier weight lifting."

Another name to watch out for is up-and-comer gymnast Gabby Douglas, who makes her Olympic debut this year at age 16. But it was only two years ago that her gymnastics career really took off. In 2010, the teen moved from her hometown of Virginia Beach, VA to West Des Moines, IA, where she has been training with champion coach Liang Chow ever since. (Chow trained 2008 Olympic gold medalist and Dancing with the Stars contestant, Shawn Johnson.)

Jessica Simpson to Weight Watchers Group: "Let's Step It Up!"

Jessica Simpson won't be fighting her weight war alone.

The new mom, 32, is hoping to inspire her pals to slim down with her -- though it's safe to assume they don't have a $4 million Weight Watchers contract as an added incentive. "Just bought all the girls in my Weight Watchers group pedometers to track their steps," Simpson tweeted July 19. "10,000 steps a day = 5 miles! Let's step it up!"

Simpson's contract requires a 20- to 30-pound loss by the end of August or no payday, a source recently told Us Weekly. The Fashion Star mentor -- who welcomed daughter Maxwell Drew with her fiance, Eric Johnson, 32, May 1 -- is also breast-feeding and training with pro Harley Pasternak.

The 5-foot-3 Texas native decided to team up with Weight Watchers because "it focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too)," she explained via Facebook May 30. "I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me."

The months ahead won't be easy for Simpson, who a source says "always had issues with junk food." Still, the new mom is determined to lose weight, which is why she enlisted her mom, Tina, and a few pals to join the program and "help keep herself in check."

At the Olympic swim trials in June, Lochte defeated Phelps in the 400-meter individual medley (IM) finals -- it was the same race where he nabbed the bronze medal behind Phelps (gold) and Hungarian swimmer Laszlo Cseh (silver) four years ago in China.

But the 6-foot-2 chiseled champion, who holds six Olympic medals (three gold, two silver and one bronze) has a surprisingly laid-back attitude when it comes to beating his U.S. teammate's record and the sport of swimming.

"If I beat him, I beat him. If I don't, I don't," Lochte tells Us about competing against Phelps, 27, during this summer's Games. "I'm not going to hold a grudge on him or anything."

"I'm not going to give up anything for it," the athlete, who has already nabbed spokesmodel gigs for Gillette and AT&T, tells Men's Journal of not letting his sport define who he is. "I'm still going to be exactly who I am and have fun with life. There's a lot of swimmers out there who make swimming their life, but for me, it's just a sport that I do."
